GUIDELINES AND GENERAL INFO
Poem, prose, and comic, every other Wednesday of every month. Strike first, strike hard, no mercy… Sir.
Payment: Nope!
Simultaneous submissions: Go right on ahead. Just let me know if you’ve decided to go slumming.
Fiction: Up to 3,000 words or so. 12-pt., Double-spaced, proof-read, and in Times New Roman. Attach as Word Document and send one story at a time. Subject line of email should contain: Author/title/wordcount.
Nonfiction: Same as fiction, only true.
Poetry: You may submit up to three poems at a time. Attach as Word Document. Subject line of email should contain: Author/poetry submission. I like brevity. Short poems are more my speed, so don’t go sending me “Tintern Abbey.” That would be plagiarism.
Comics: Self-contained, single page sequentials only. Look, I love superheroes as much as the next guy, but there’s a time and a place. The time is not now and the place is not here.
